Canvas Prints
Canvas is the classic gallery format: artwork printed on canvas fabric and wrapped around a wooden stretcher frame, so the image continues around the edges and the piece hangs with no frame required. It is light, forgiving of bright rooms, and the format most people picture when they say wall art.
Choosing and caring for canvas prints
A good canvas print is about tension and corners — the wrap should sit tight with no sag, and the corners should fold cleanly rather than bulge. Canvas has a soft, painterly texture that flatters photography and illustration alike, and it can be wiped gently with a dry cloth when dust settles.
